Carl Aloi, Treasurer
As a CFO with deep roots in information technology, Carl directs financial discipline and risk posture for Identropy. Prior to Identropy, Carl was Chief Operating Officer at the American Thoracic Society, where he led operations and finance. Before that, Carl served as Vice President of Finance for AppLabs Technologies, where he was instrumental in the growth of AppLabs and the acquisition of IS Integration Limited. Carl has also served as Controller for several companies after beginning his career at Kelly, Lee, and Company CPA Firm. Carl holds a BSBA and MBA from Rider University and is a CPA in the state of New Jersey.
Shereen Beydoun

Shereen Beydoun has worked in schools for over 25 years and currently is a Principal at the Sidwell Friends School. Her career has included teaching in lower and middle schools as well as serving as a school administrator since 2000. She received her M.Ed. from Columbia University and her BA from Georgetown University.
Ellen Bakst
Ellen Bakst has worked for the New York City Board of Education for the past 25 years as a classroom teacher, dean, college advisor, and mentor in a variety of New York City public schools. She was also the Director of RCC (Riverdale Community Center), which offers academic tutoring as well as prep courses for specialized high schools.
Kathy Mone
Kathy Mone is the Finance Manager for Academic and Student Affairs at City University of New York. She served as School Business Administrator of several New Jersey Charter Schools including Elysian Charter School, The Ethical Community Charter School, Beloved Charter School, and Hatikvah Charter School. She worked at New York City Board of Education for over 20 years in a variety of administrative positions, including Budget Unit Director for Manhattan and Bronx and Budget and Finance Director for Citywide Special Education. Kathy founded Charter School Business Fellows to recruit and mentor young talent for charter school operations management. Kathy holds an MPA in Education Policy from Columbia University.
